Krea Construzioni certifies its own Single Management System by contacting entities having independent certification but an international level of quality, and which take on the responsibility to guarantee clients with the managerial conformity to the norms regarding quality, the environment, security and firm social responsibility through a series of periodical audits.
Krea Construzioni is currently endowed with all the necessary certifications, which are connected both to its own social object and to its social, commercial and technical development strategies.
SOA Certification
SOA Certification is the obligatory certification that establish the economic and technical capacity of a company so that it can qualify for the execution of public works contracts reaching a total superior to €150.000,00 and it confirms that the certified firm possesses all the necessary requirements to public negotiation.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard of reference relative to the management of Quality. It is based on principles of management that are necessary for the correct administration of a company. ISO 9001 is also aiming to ameliorating the efficacy and efficiency in the realization of a product, in the furnishing of a service or in obtaining and increasing the satisfaction of the client.
ISO 14001:2015
ISO 14001 is an international norm to which companies adhere voluntarily. It is applicable to any typology of public or private Organization, which specifies and certifies the requirements and the improvement of an environmental management system.
ISO 45001:2018
The ISO 45001:2018 norm improves and replaces the OHSAS 18001:2007 and is the first international norm to define the minimum standards of good practice for the protection of workers worldwide. It establishes a framework for improving safety, reducing risks in the workplace and improving the health and well-being of workers.
OHSAS 18001:2007
Conformity to international standard OHSAS 18001 certifies that the company respects the requirements foreseen by the Management, Health, and Work Security Systems and that it also pledges to improving continuously its and international evaluation of risks and their improvement.
ISO 37001:2016
ISO 37001 defines the requisites and the guidelines in the prevention and war against corruption. It certifies the ability of the company to become extremely able to control, with time, the greater risks and costs related to the phenomenon of corruption.
SA 8000:2014
The acronym SA 8000 identifies an international standard that aims at certifying some aspects of management that regard the social responsibility of the company. These aspects are: the respect of human rights, the respect of the right of the workers, the protection of minors and their exploitation, and the guarantees of security and health on the work place.
Anti-Mafia Registry
The Anti-Mafia Registry of the Executors is an instrument created for the prevention of the infiltrations of organized crime in the reconstruction works after the 2016 earthquake in the areas of central Italy (art.30, par. 6, Leg. Dec. n.189/2016)
Environmental Management
The national register of environmental managers has been instituted by the Lgs. D. 152/06 and follows the National register of waste regulated by the Lgs. D.22/97.Its primary function is that of having a prior role in waste management, demonstrating (with proper certification) to have the right technical, moral and financial requirements for its treatment.
